Problem:
Computer takes around 15 minutes to load windows.

Diagnosis:
Unit was infected with virus, found malware file in windows startup showing like a legal windows file

Quick Fix:
disable malware file in windows startup, and run a virus scan.

Remarks:
Computer booted on windows 10 in less than a minute

Long term fix:
advised to do a clean windows install. Reformat hard drive
Note: backup all files before doing an hdd reformat/refresh.

Repair done July 26th, unit was picked up by owner
