Florentino Joya Elementary School - May 5
Sanja Mayor Elementary School - May 6
Maximino V. Pangilinan Elementary School - May 7
Sta. Cruz (Bucal Elementary School) - May 11
Julugan Elementary School - May 12
Felipe Calderon Elementary School - May 13
Other School - May 4 to May 14 (Sa Tanza National Comprehensive High School po ang Venue)

-Ang Venue po ng Enrollment ay sa mismong elementary school na naka schedule, Kami na po ang pupunta sa inyong mga brgy via elementary school na malapit sa inyong lugar.

-Report Card (Form 138/SF9)
- PSA (Birth Certificate) -photocopy only
-Barangay Certificate of residency
-1X1 Picture 2pcs
-Black Ballpen (For filling the Enrollment Form)

Please be guided by the Enrollment Schedule for Junior High School (Grades 7–10) for School Year 2026–2027.

• Grade 10: April 13–16, 2026
• Grade 9: April 20–23, 2026
• Grade 8: April 27–30, 2026
• Grade 7: May 4-7 & May 11-14, 2026
• Transferees / Balik-Aral / Retained: May 18–21, 2026
