QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineer, with PRC license is an advantage.
• At least 1 year work experience as site engineer is Preferable.
• Proficient in MS offices, Autocad ( 3D & 2D ), Sketch Up.
• Can handle land development, structural steel fabrication & er****on, and Commercial Building Construction Projects.
• Able to work independently in a team.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to be assigned at the project site in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares design drawing, shop drawing, rebar cutting list
• Prepare Detailed Unit Price Analysis / Cost estimate.
• Strictly enforces the implementation of quality control and safety at the construction site all the time.
• Plan and schedules all actual construction works and other related activities on site
• Oversee the actual ex*****on of all activities conforming to the approved plans and specifications.
• Regularly coordinates with the project manager regarding the status of the project.
• Interact with the project manager, procurement, warehouse department, and the suppliers in verifying materials inventory, delivery, tracking, and receipt.
• Prepares daily and weekly reports regarding project accomplishment and/or activities.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned.
