Part 3 of 3: Harvest Control Measures

Our special mini series continues! We already know about the Life Cycle of the Fish and Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), let's now talk about Harvest Control Measures. These are rules to help protect fish by controlling how much, when, and what size of fish can be caught.

These rules like catch limits, size rules, and fishing seasons, we will be able to stop too many fish from being taken, giving fish and their habitats time to grow and recover, keep the ocean healthy and make sure there are enough fish for future generations.
