Important and friendly reminders for all of you:

1. For returnees/new enrollees/transferees with no MS Teams Account, please coordinate with your respective institute.

2. If you have concerns regarding your sim (no signal, SOS, no data, etc.), kindly send your letter of replacement to your respective institute, address it to our VP for Administration and Finance maam NIEL C. ENERIO, JD. Please indicate the following in your letter:
a. Reasons for changing your sim
b. Old sim number
c. New sim number
Be reminded that you need to provide your own sim.

3. If you want to perform the Self-Service Password Reset on your MS Teams Account, please send us your alternate email (gmail, yahoomail, etc.) and active mobile number. Do not send us your MS Teams Account.

4. For data privacy & security, please do not use dummy account or dummy name on your Facebook account when you transact with us through messenger. Dummy accounts/names will not be recognized by our system.
