Days, having ashma/allergic rhinitis is really difficult specially if ma trigger siya by many causes like dust,food,obesity, some chimical based products etc. So plenty, in my case once ma trigger siya symptoms like sneezing, feeling heavy head😔😔😔 a little bit of coughing, dizziness etc. after experiencing any or all of that, one thing is sure after other symptoms, the end result is that breathing will be difficult for me😷😷😷, even if im just sitting down lying down doing nothing once my ashma/allergic rhinitis will be triggered its really irritating, experiencing these things for the past years had been routinary but not likely😁😁😁, in terms of foods my mother deprives me from consuming shrimps, crabs all delicious food that she knows can trigger my ashma😆😆😆 love you ma❤️❤️❤️ every time she see's me eating 🗣️🗣️🗣️she gets mad😡😡😡 and scold me all the time✌️✌️✌️ although i have an ashma/allergic rhinitis the usual meds that i take to prevent it from worsening are 1 cetrizine tab and 1 sablutamol 2or4 mg if im coughing a bit, everytime i feel these symptoms, because if i don't drink meds💉💉💊💊 for prevention it will really mean goodluck for almost a month of highking experience and plenty of meds consumption😔😔😔 massage here and there sleeping in sitting position😒😒😒.When i start using intra as days go by, the 1st thing that i noticed is my poop😁😁😁 ✌️✌️✌️ then everytime mama buy shrimp 🤣🤣🤣 i only eat when theyre done eating😁😁😁 because its my favorite 🤪🤪if you know waht i mean☺️☺️☺️what i experience after eating shrimp is im having breathing difficulty, so everytime i ate the BAWAL food i 1st take cetrizine either b4 or after, what i noticed using intra juice for how many months now i can already ate the BAWAL food without taking any meds at all, but of course all in moderation, also because im overweight after giving birth to my 2nd child ashma/allergic rhinitis is triggered more often😶😶😶aside from the fact that i can already eat the BAWAL food, from 83kg🤪🤪🤪 now im way down to 70kg☺️☺️☺️ so happy Thank you So much to my INTRA Family Ma'am Doris Edillo Ma'am Mary Grace Arsenal and to the rest of the Intra Family❤️❤️❤️and its because
