In line with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 under DepEd Memorandum No. 90, s. 2025, Tanay West Integrated National High School remains committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all learners.

Bullying may occur in various forms, including cyberbullying, social bullying, gender-based bullying, and psychological or emotional bullying. Acts such as repeated teasing, insults, hurtful remarks, spreading rumors, or posting harmful content online may negatively affect a learner's well-being and may constitute bullying under the revised guidelines.

The school follows a 3-Level System in addressing bullying cases to ensure timely, fair, and appropriate intervention. Learners are encouraged to immediately report incidents to their Class Adviser, Guidance Teacher, or SSLG Officers.
