DEAR #MAMAS:

Not only are you #stayingalive — but you have done the most #SELFLESS THING in the world. You have dedicated your body to growing another #human for months, to only dedicate your life to keeping them alive and prospering outside of it. And you do all this while trying to be half a #human again, manage the household, show up for those you love and care about, work (whether out of the house or staying at home…yes, that’s a job!), trying to find time to exercise, find time to eat, find time to p*e, and find time to BE…….

If that’s not considered #superpowers, then I don’t know WHAT is.

So, ya feelin’ #overwhelmed? Me too. Just remember, you’re doing a hell of a lot more than you realize… Cut yourself some slack.
