Who says engineering is just about steel and concrete? Long before modern blueprints were ever drafted, the Babaylan were our original bridge-builders, healers, and warriors. This National Women’s Month, under the 2026 theme "Lead like the Babaylans," we’re bringing that ancestral energy back to the field—proving that the modern Filipina engineer doesn't just fit the plan, she’s the one redesigning the blueprint with a heart for service. ✨
