Position: Admin / Accounting Staff

Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS in Accounting, Accounting Technology, or any Business-related course
-With experience (Minimum 3 years)
-Knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting systems
-Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
-Can work with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Handle petty cash and reimbursements
-Prepare vouchers, receipts, and simple financial reports
-Assist in payroll and government contribution remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
-Maintain and organize employee records and files
-Support administrative operations such as inventory monitoring, document filing, and scheduling
-Coordinate with external offices (suppliers, banks, government agencies) when needed
