Free EV Charging at Paseo Ricardo Commercial Center

In response to the ongoing power interruptions caused by the recent typhoon, Paseo Ricardo Commercial Center is opening its EV Charging Station — free of charge — to assist our community of electric vehicle owners who are still without electricity at home.

This initiative is our small way of giving back and supporting our fellow Talisaynons during this time of recovery. The charging station will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis from today until Saturday, November 8, 2025.

To Avail:
1. Register at the guard station by logging your complete name, address, mobile number, start time of charging, and EV charge status.
2. Charging time is limited to 3 hours per vehicle to give equal opportunity to others. If there are vehicles waiting, you will be contacted after 3 hours to vacate the charging slot.
3. Strictly no parking in EV slots for vehicles that are not charging or already fully charged. These areas are reserved for active charging only.

We hope this small act of service brings some relief and convenience as we work hand in hand toward recovery.
