After a fruitful coversation with the operator of Ogre Taxi in Mandaue, here is our obligatory pose 😃. Black taxies have been operating for a year now. They started with 20 units last year at the first onset of the pandemic. Despite of the pandemic outbreak, they are now franchising 150 units and counting. Though the flag down rate is higher than the normal white taxies, they offer a comforting ride to passangers with the latest Toyota Innova SUVs.

It is evident that some taxi operators are now starting to recover from their financial loss brought by the pandemic as Wizzy Fleet extends its service to its newly acquired client, the CCATOI(WHITE) Taxi located at SRP Talisay Cebu.
