47 CENTRAL LUZON MSMEs GRADUATE FROM THE 2026 KMME-MME ONLINE PROGRAM
The Department of Trade and Industry – Region 3 (DTI-3), in partnership with the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship – Go Negosyo (PCE-GN), celebrated the graduation of 47 micro and small enterprise owners from across Central Luzon during the 2026 Kapatid Mentor Micro Enterprise – Money and Market Encounter (KMME-MME) Online Program, Region 3, Batch 1, held via Zoom on June 9, 2026.
The graduates, representing the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales successfully completed ten (10) modules covering key areas of entrepreneurship and presented their Business Improvement Plans (BIPs) before a panel of experts from government agencies and the financial sector.
DTI Secretary Maria Cristina A. Roque delivered the keynote address, encouraging the graduates to use their BIPs as roadmaps for success, embrace innovation, strengthen their financial discipline, and harness the power of digitalization to grow their businesses. Go Negosyo Founder Mr. Joey Concepcion likewise inspired the graduates to stay focused on their passion, work hard, and manage their cash flow effectively which are key foundations for any thriving enterprise.
DTI-3 Regional Director Edna D. Dizon, in her welcome remarks, challenged the graduates to treat their BIPs as living roadmaps and to actively explore both local and export markets, reminding them that the true value of the program lies not in the certificate they receive, but in the knowledge they apply and the growth they achieve.
Congratulations to all 47 graduates of the 2026 KMME-MME Online Program, Region 3, Batch 1!
