As of May 29, 2026 | 8:00 AM, users may experience a nationwide system error when logging into their LTO Portal Account through https://portal.lto.gov.ph/ords/f?p=1200:HOME::::::
particularly in the generation of the Security Code.

This concern has already been reported and is currently awaiting official feedback and resolution from the technical team of the Land Transportation Office - Central Office.
