On this day in 1996, thirty years ago, Pokémon Red & Green were first released in Japan. These games were the first-ever Pokémon games and had you play through the Kanto region as a new trainer, capturing up to 151 Pokémon while facing off against the 8 gyms and Team Rocket. These games spawned a franchise with 1,025 Pokémon, dozens of games, and more. Happy Birthday, Pokémon! (Serebii.net)

Despite the long lines and the hot weather, I was genuinely happy to see more citizens participating in the electoral process than in the last election. It took me almost an hour and a half to have my turn to mark my ballot and get my finger inked.

To those who have not yet cast their votes, there are still a couple of hours remaining before the precincts begin to close at 7:00 PM. According to COMELEC Resolution No. 10727, voters who have not yet cast their votes but are within 30 meters of the polling place by 7:00 PM on Election Day will still be allowed to do so.

A sponty trip with my family, as we were once again invited by a relative to visit their beachlot/beachline. It's the best way to "defrost" after that very chilly stay in Bukidnon 😂 I never thought there would be a hidden gem in this part of Caraga, because as far as I've known, most of this seaside is surrounded by large chunks of rocks, based on what I know about Pusan Point (Yeah, this place is near Pusan Point and the Easternmost point of the Philippines). So, if you are planning to visit Pusan Point, you might want to visit and take a dip here! Anyway, enjoy this photoset from Caraga!
