If you tend to think it’s all or nothing — especially when setting New Year resolutions — here’s your reminder that something is enough.
I used to think habit-building meant going all-in, but honestly, starting small is what actually sticks. Ten minutes of moving is better than none. Adding a bit of greens to each meal is a more sustainable way to eat well than following a highly restrictive diet. Taking a quick pause outside is better than pushing through.
These small habits aren’t flashy or dramatic, but they add up. And they’re easier to come back to on busy weeks — which is when I need them the most.
