With no service fees, we’re introducing a PHP 3,000+ deposit fee depending on the length of stay and contract. Don’t worry—this deposit will be fully refunded via GCash or Bank transfer after your stay. Please note that this deposit is separate from our refund policy and will be returned in full, regardless of the cancellation terms that apply.
