Project: West Town's Coffee - Milano, Century City

Built with the concept of modern industrial design, this project features a context of metal and wood finishes accented by beautifully stacked bricks. Through careful designing, we showcased and preserved the unique and natural qualities of the materials that creates an elegant yet relaxing vibe.

At West Town's Coffee, you will not only be served with good drinks, but also, you will be offered a perfect venue to chill, spend your time and hangout with friends while enjoying your cups of coffee.

-Prepares As-built and proposed CAD drawings;
-handle and supervise project conceptualization, documentation, design development, preparation of construction drawing
-prepares material boards, 3D models and other pertinent documents needed for presentation;
-conducts site supervision, monitoring and coordination;
-works closely with contractors, tenants and officials on site on ensuring design works are carried out to specific standards; and
-other tasks that may arise in connection with the business of the company.

*Qualifications:*
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Atleast 4-5 years of Experience on the same field of work
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray and Photoshop
- Focused and has the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a team and independently
