The AFP Transient Facilities

An AFP Transient Facility (ATF) can accommodate 20 personnel (except ATFs Baguio, Pili, Sorsogon, Bacolod, Dumaguete & Surigao). It has 6 rooms (4 rooms with 4pax capacity & 2 rooms with 2pax capacity). The ATFs are located nationwide (Luzon-7, Visayas-8 & Mindanao-7).

Oath taking of New ATF Committee Members

FORT BONIFACIO, METRO MANILA - The Officers and representatives from various HPA offices have sworn their oath as new members of the AFP Transient Facility Committee (ATFC) on 30 March 2023. The Oath taking was held at the Conference Room of the Office of the Chief Housing, Philippine Army (OCHPA).

The Chief Housing, Colonel Darwin F Hernandez, assumed responsibility as the new Chairperson of the ATFC, replacing Colonel Maynard G Camarao who is now the Commander of the 53rd Engineer Brigade.
Meanwhile, the Deputy G1, PA, Colonel Leah L Santiago also took oath as the new Vice-Chairperson of the ATFC. Other new members include Colonel Audilon S Milan, Major Marvin A Arcil, Major Harol M Bigtas, and Major Salvador S Valenzuela Jr.

The ATFC is tasked to formulate, evaluate and oversee the management and operation of the AFP Transient Facilities nationwide.
