Dr. Lawrence’s presentation entitled “𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏, 𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐒! It also presents the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP)-funded Project PROTEUS: Policy R&D on Optimization, Techno-Economics, and sUStainability of Waste-to-Energy in the Philippines.
