We apologize for the minimal updates recently as the staff has taken early vacation leaves for the holidays.

[Logistics Status Update]

Our laser-cutting machine is having unexpected issues, mainly the firing of the laser is becoming weaker most likely due to a failing laser tube. This will be causing delays or possible automatic system cancellation of order on laser cutting related products that are more rigid and longer to cut (Plate, Cases). Due to this, we either ask to extend the order or reorder (in case of reorder, we will advise when to do so).

We are working on getting a backup machine up and running and getting replacement parts asap! Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
