-Placement of Thermal pad on Main Chip
-No Thermal Paste
-Thermal Pad Residue
-Damaged PCB back
-Disconnected data lines (at the back of PCB)
-Missing parts due to damaged PCB
-6 pcs missing smd capacitor


SOLUTIONS
- Reconnect Data lines
- replace missing parts
- 14 stages of cleaning
- replace thermal paste and thermal pad

- manual cleaning and removing Flux under GPU Chip and VRAM
- to wasshing.. 14 stages of cleanings and ultrasonic cleaning process
