Qualifications:
- Preferably Female
- Graduate of BSA or BSBA major in Finance, Management, or Accounting Technology or any 4 year course related to accounting
- Must have at least 1 year experience in accounting transaction
- Know how to use MS Office, Accounting application/software
- Positive working relationship when addressing problem
- Maintains firm in terms of accounting procedure
- Coming up with solutions
- Willing to be assigned at ( Location: Calamba Laguna City )
Job Description:
- communicate with warehouse men
-deals with suppliers
- invty of all site supplies and tools
- knows how to handle people
- Know how to check timekeeping, and compute payroll computations
- Prepared billing transaction submitted to client
- Communicate customer for reconciliation and other issued or concern regarding the payroll and billing transactions
- Prepared uploading transmittal to bank or other loading remittance
- Accommodate deployed employee for their inquiries
- Knowledgeable in computing 13th month, SIL including pro rata, and benefits contribution payment
- Prepare payslip for deployed employees
