Good Day, Parents of TLC Applicants!

𝙏𝙇𝘾 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼.𝙔. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘. Visit our School Registration Office to get a copy. Please bring the following requirements:

1. 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟯𝟳;

2. 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 (nag papatunay na ang aplikante ay isa sa mga magtatapos ng elementarya ngayong taon at may magandang pag-uugali)

3. 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘 (isa sa mga magulang ng aplikante na nag papatunay ng tagal ng paninirahan sa Taguig na hindi bababa sa tatlong taon)

4. 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘

5. 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (isa sa mga magulang ng aplikante; issued after May 12, 2025 election)

6. 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝟮x𝟮 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 (dalawang piraso ng 2x2 picture ng aplikante)
