I remember when I first climb a mountain in my 20s, Mt. Makulot in Cuenca, Batangas. No experience, need pa magchange ng proper footwear because ang suot ko is silver sandals 🙈😄. Wala pang 1 mile, putla na ako ahahaha. Gusto na akong samahan pababa at pabalik. But because of pride, itinuloy ko ang climb. The pagod was so worth it ❤

Came January 2021, usap usapan health and workouts. Then nag announce ng Jumpstart program ang Young Living. Dahil ako naman e madaling kausap 😄 sige join ahahaha walang isip isip ko ano mangyayari.

January 25, we met our coach. Start ng onting workout. And yes, because of pride, I was able to execute and finish mga pinagawa sa amin 😄 That night weeh my bones and muscles were killing me 🙈😄.

The program went on for a month January 25 to now, Feb 25. Pride, Ningxia trio, oils, and hiya sa mga kasama sa team helped me survived the challenges.

If u know me, u know my very sedentary life and love of food, pasta, bread, sweets. Take outs, fiesta, parties, food delivery, Ambers, ice cream, salted caramel cheesecake 🙈

Within this period of my life, I started eliminating all of these. Slowly. Until nasanay na pati si Joel Salazar na wag akong pakainin ng carbs 😂

So I lost 4kgs in 1 month and trimmed about 5 inches from my waistline. A great amazing superlatives 😂

So I wanted to celebrate - ice cream!!! Pero wala na ung urge. Seriously. Ok lang. Pwede naman ang lechon 😂

I love ice cream. Pistachio, Avocado, Mango, Fruit Salad, Double Dutch. I could eat a pint in one sitting 🙈😂 But I used to moderate my eating to just one serving because I have sensitive tonsils. I would definitely have inflamed tonsils when I eat extra serving.
