Last Monday, together with Ayala Data Analytics, we launched the AC AI/Synergy Challenge, a program we built from the ground up specifically for the Ayala Corporation and Globe Telecom ecosystems. Leaders from across our companies identify real, cross-business problems and build actual agentic AI solutions to solve them. Not concepts, not mockups, but REAL working pilots deployed inside the group, each one built to grow into something far bigger and more impactful.

We kicked it off with over 60 talented leaders across 15 companies in the room, because a program like this only works when the people who actually run the businesses are the ones building it.

This is what it looks like when one of the Philippines' largest ecosystems stops talking about AI and starts shipping it. 🚀
