Bagamat sinauna na ang sourdough bread making, nitong panahon ng pandemic yata ito todong naging popular. Ako man ay nitong 2020 nag-aral gumawa ng sourdough. Grabe effort ng nga bakers maging instagrammable ang mga tinapay, hehe. Pero yung benepisyo ng sourdough ay nasa matagal na fermentation. ☺️Samantala, ang harinang hndi na-ferment ay pahirap po sa ating digestion, at hindi naman din makuha ang nutrients ng wheat (it is an anti-nutrient) kung short-cut ang fermentation tulad ng karaniwan na 1-2 hours lang na fermentation gamit ang bakers yeast, instant tinapay na agad πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜Œ

Sana maraming magbake ng sourdough sa mga tahanan, not for the instagram or β€œmy story”-worthy shots but for our gut and over-all health. πŸ™πŸ’œπŸ‘ŒπŸžπŸ₯– Tsaka ibang klase din yung tuwa at benefits ng fresh baked breads ang kakainin ng pamilya. Walang additives, walang anti molds chemicals etc. at ang bango pa sa bahay! 🀩πŸ₯° πŸ˜‹ kain po tayo! β˜•οΈ - Mommy Angie
