- Must provide government issued ID upon check in
- Strictly NO Parties or Event
- NO Guests of Guests
- Strictly NO Smoking inside the Unit / Resort / Complex / Property
- Strictly illegal drugs are prohibited
- Please turn off Air-Con when leaving the unit
- Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited with in the premises
- Reheating food that will produce “FOUL ODOR” are PROHIBITED such as dried fish
- Using of Resort Amenities,Facilities and Parking Lot is subject to Reasonable Additional FEE
- Guest can utilize the swimming pool at an additional FEE of PHP 150.00 / 300.00 per person & per usage. You need to inform ME / US if you intent to use these facilities, prior to arrival for reservation
- Hallway are equipped with 24 / 7 CCTV monitoring cameras

Reservation fee: PHP 1,000.00
-- The Fee is refundable if you cancel with in 3 days of your reservation.
-- Your Reservation Fee will be deducted from your final payment.

Security Deposit: PHP 1,000.00 (CASH)
