May when I remember pina-member ko ang anak ko at asawa sa IMG..and as a member of IMG, kasama po ang KAISER. In short, napa member ko po ang asawa ko sa kaiser and I pay only once and it was upon joining IMG.

Still, I don't believe maybe dahil I was so down that time. Medyo wala ng pinaniniwalaan until the kaiser called me to get the check-in at the main office Makati and to wait about the policy transfer.

I was in shock dahil 'di ako makapaniwala na sa isang beses kung pagbayad sobra-sobra po ang binigay ng KAISER na tulong.
