In strict adherence to the Bureau of Fire Protection’s Implementation of Daily Skills Enhancement Program, where Wednesdays are designated for Fire truck and PumpOperations / Standard Operational Procedures.

Spearheaded by 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐌 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, BFP Region 3, and with the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄 𝐃 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP-Zambales, and with the guidance of our Municipal Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐙𝐀 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐎, today, the dedicated men and women of Subic Fire Station conducted a comprehensive lecture and hands-on refresher course focusing on Fire Truck Pump Operations, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance today.

A firefighter’s most crucial tool is only as effective as their familiarity with it. Today’s training extended beyond the fundamental aspects, delving into more advanced techniques and strategies.

1. Pump Panel Familiarization – Mastering flow rates, pressure control, and discharge valves.
2. Troubleshooting on the Fly – Identifying and resolving sudden pressure drops or air leaks in real-time.
3. Preventive Maintenance – Conducting the critical daily and weekly checks that keep our apparatus in peak running condition.

Subic Fire Station continuously sharpens its skills to ensure that when the call comes, its personnel and equipment are prepared to perform promptly.
