𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 𝐑𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

We extend our sincere gratitude to 𝗜𝗦𝗪𝗛𝗗 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗝𝗿. 𝗕. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼, 𝗠𝗔𝗧, for his invaluable guidance and leadership during today's strategic meetings at UM Digos College this February 16, 2026. His expertise continues to drive the Research and Innovation Center (RIC) toward new heights of academic excellence.

Meeting Highlights:
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐑𝐂𝐏 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. This session focused on the professional integration of our faculty into the national scientific community. Faculty researchers were guided through the application process for the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), a vital step in connecting our experts with national research networks and resources.

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: 𝐍𝐑𝐂𝐏 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥. In a separate strategic deliberation, existing NRCP members gathered to review and refine research funding proposals. This collaborative effort aims to secure the necessary support for high-impact projects that contribute to innovation and regional development.

Lastly, The RIC Digos team held a specialized session focused on ISO certification preparation.
