Employee or Freelancer: Which team are you in?
Do you like going to the office on a 5days straight or just laying back and chilling working from home? Due to the pandemic, a lot of offices had to change their working style from the office to a remote work from home setup. I guess everyone loves the idea, earning while you are at home with your family. 🖱️

When you work as an employee in a company and report daily, Works for a single company on a long-term basis and is paid hourly, salary, commission, or a combination of the three meanwhile freelancing is preferable to flexible hours and being your own boss but does not receive any benefits from the companies with which they work, such as workers' compensation. 💻

They set their rates and whether they charge per hour by specific outsourced project, small or big project with a client. 💰

What will you do when clients don't respond?
We all look down on being ignored. However, working with clients is very common in the business world. If you send a quote, update, information request, or payment request to you, you risk being ignored. ⏱️
There is no limit on how you follow up with them. You can message them saying like this ""I was wondering if you had read my proposal."" 📧

If are you waiting for feedback on your project from them? You can schedule a call and offer suggestions on how to help them overcome this roadblock. You can make practical suggestions in addition to being motivational during this call.

If are you waiting for them to pay you? However, if your emails are ignored, pick up the phone. Using the automatic invoice reminder system to send gentle reminders is helpful. Most issues of disagreement can be resolved through communication. 📧
