𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗟𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝗖 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 | In the wake of the recent earthquakes that hit Mindanao, our brothers and sisters are facing immense challenges. As future civil engineers, we build more than just structures, we build hope, resilience, and community.

​The 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝘆𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗟𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝗖) is partnering and collaborating with the 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘 - 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘-𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗖) to launch a monetary donation drive for the earthquake victims.
​All 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 from our end will be directly turned over to 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘-𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗡 to help fund their relief operations on the ground.

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Southern Leyte State University Student Chapter proudly celebrates a milestone of excellence, leadership, growth, and service as we are honored to be recognized at The Kandili Awards 2026.

Our organization was honored as the 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫, a recognition awarded to the student organization that exemplifies outstanding leadership, impactful activities, and meaningful contributions to the university community. We were also grateful to receive the 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐚 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, recognizing our success in securing valuable external support and partnerships that further strengthened our initiatives and services.

In addition to this achievement, our Treasurer, Thristan Gildo was recognized with the 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 for consistently demonstrating punctuality and commitment to organizational activities.
