As written in 1 Timothy 4:12,

To my dearest Shine Fam,

Today, I officially close one meaningful chapter of my life as I step down from my position as your Shine President for the year 2025–2026.

Serving and leading all of you has been one of the greatest experiences I will always treasure. Through all the laughter, struggles, sleepless nights, sports events, team-building activities, nightly programs, and unforgettable moments, we remained united and strong as one family.

There were moments when we felt tired, stressed, and overwhelmed, but seeing everyone continue to smile, support one another, and stay strong reminded me why this organization is so special. Some memories will forever stay in my heart — the cheers during activities, the late-night conversations, the bonding moments, and even the challenges we faced together. These are the moments I will truly miss.

Hambal gani nila, “Nagpuli man ta nga indi pirmi champion, pero tanan ta champion sa mata sang Ginoo.” And for me, that is true. Our victories were not only measured by trophies and awards, but by the love, unity, friendship, and dedication that we shared throughout this journey.

Even though we encountered challenges and problems during camp, naga pasalamat gid ko sa inyo kay wala nyo gid ini ginpabayaan. Thank you for staying, helping, understanding, and continuing to support one another until the end.

Sa mga kauturan naton sa duha ka district — Sipalay kag Hinoba-an — thank you gid sa pagpadala sang inyo mga pamatan-on kag sa pag-support sa sini nga organization. Your trust and support truly mean a lot to us.

To my Shine officers, thank you for your cooperation, patience, hard work, and sacrifices. Thank you for staying committed to your responsibilities and for helping me carry the leadership throughout this journey. I could never have done this alone.

And to our advisers, thank you for your guidance, wisdom, understanding, and unwavering support. Your encouragement helped us become better leaders and individuals.

I also want to say sorry if there were times I lacked as a leader or made mistakes along the way. This journey and this organization taught me so many valuable lessons and helped me become stronger, more responsible, and understanding.

To the next set of officers, I hope you continue what we started. Lead with humility, love, patience, and faith. Always remember that true leadership is not about power or position, but about serving others wholeheartedly.

To ensure smooth coordination, safety, and organization throughout the Congress, each federation has been assigned its own designated camping area within the venue.

One of the major events of the upcoming Congress 2026, the Song Composition Presentation and Short Film Presentation are officially declared MANDATORY for all participating chapters.
This is where creativity, teamwork, and faith come together in one defining Congress experience.
All entries for both categories must be created, filmed, composed, and prepared ON THE SPOT at the Congress venue. Preparation and filming begins upon arrival and continues until Wednesday, with final submissions due on Thursday morning, May 21, 2026.
The grand presentations will officially take place on Thursday night, May 21, 2026.
To preserve fairness and authenticity, pre-made materials, prior recordings, and outside preparations are strictly prohibited.
Each chapter will receive a branch theme through a random selection process. The Committee Officers will prepare 11 branch themes which is separate from the official Congress theme.
The selected branch theme will serve as the official guide for both the Short Film and Song Composition.
During presentation night, entries will be shown alternately:

Two creative forms. One unified message.
⚠️ STRICT TIME LIMIT
Both presentations must have a maximum duration of 3 minutes only.
If a short film exceeds the limit, the presentation will be automatically shut down.
If a song composition exceeds the limit, the microphones and sound system will be muted immediately.
This rule will be strictly enforced.

A blessed Sabbath spent in Pantalan Church, Hinoba-an 🤍
As SHINE (Sipalay–Hinoba-an Igniting New Evangelists), we were reminded that the Sabbath is a gift—time to worship, connect, and be renewed in Christ.
This Sabbath visitation was also meaningful as we held our monthly meeting, finalized our yearly calendar of activities, and visited the venue for our upcoming SHINE Chapter Camping.
Hearts full, mission clear, and faith ignited. ✨
