Cebu Pacific will resume operations at the Legazpi Airport tomorrow, December 5. All flights as per published schedule will resume. These are:

However, due to damage caused by Typhoon Kammuri (Tisoy) at the Legazpi airport, pre-departure procedures such as check-in and security check might take longer. We strongly advise all passengers departing from Legazpi to go to the airport earlier than usual and allot enough time for these.
Check-in closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of each flight.
We ask for patience and understanding as we resume operations amidst these circumstances.

[TRAVEL ADVISORY] Guests whose flights have been cancelled or delayed longer than 3 hours due to Typhoon Kummari (Tisoy) have the following recovery options:
a. Move flight: One-time flight change to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days from the original flight time without additional cost, subject to seat availability; OR
b. Credit account: Retain the value of your fare in your AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with AirAsia. The online credit account is to be redeemed for booking within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your travel with us. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our flight schedule is out; OR
c. Full Refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking in the form of original payment. Refund requests can be made with AVA at support.airasia.com. Refunds for bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents must be done via travel agents from which the booking was made.

Cebu Pacific waives fees for booking changes Cebu Pacific, the country's largest airline, said Friday it started waiving fees for rebooking and changes in flight details as long as these are made within 24 hours of the original booking.
