LOOK | During her recent visit to Baguio City for a lecture at the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), Project Rose Founder Rachelle Anne F. Hortelano paid a courtesy call at the office of Congressman Domogan.

The visit was especially meaningful, as Congressman Domogan is also her great-grandfather.
