Day 15 Cadet Attachment Program
Traditional Exit Call
"Evaluated experience is the best teacher"-PBGEN Cayat (Ret), Former Commandant of Cadets PNPA
A short yet memorable experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. In behalf of graduating Cadets assigned at Sta Rosa City Police Station for Immerssion we are very thankful for all the learnings, teachings and experience-based methods of policing that you have shared to us. You all have taught us standard operating procedures, protocols and strategies in order to solve cases, prevent crimes, and maintain peace and order within the City of Sta Rosa. Some are written and most are unwritten but more applicable in dealing with situations and events. Methods to reduce criminality and gain the trust and confidence of the people, stakeholders and the local government that resulted to a healthy relationship between the police and the community.
Based on my assessment, what we have learned from the academy is quite far from what really happens in the real world yet we manage to adjust and take all the learnings that we can carry with us. Months from now we will be young officers of the PNP organization, we will be on our own and make tough decisions and take responsibility as a commander or a leader of a small group.
I just want to say thank you to all the Personnel of Sta Rosa City Police Station for untiringly explaining to us and enlighting our minds. To PLT BERNARD NAVARRO for exerting extra effort in mentoring us despite his busy schedule. To PLTCOL PAUL M SABULAO, Chief of Police, for sharing his experiences being a commissioned officer and a commander most of the time, desicion making skills, marksmanship tips and career pattern advices and also for all the support financially. Rest assured that all our takeaways will be applied and we will be an effective, competent, compassionate and devoted public servant as what you've always keep on telling us. Internalize the 11 leadership principles so that we will never get lost along the way.

Every part of the station functions respectively in order to cater all the work and compliances that a law enforcers needs to perform. Policing is not just patroling, checkpoints and etc., but also includes admin works, investigation and police community relations that comprise a police stations.
As future leaders/commanders, cadets explore all the sections and ask the designated personnel what are their specific task and roles. What are the things that they need to comply, daily, weekly and monthly reports that they need to submit on time.
