๐๐๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ข๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ช๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ (๐พ๐๐๐ฟ ๐๐ ๐๐๐) conducted an onsite Monitoring and Evaluation Visit at ๐๐๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐พ๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ (๐๐พ๐พ) on May 14, 2026, as part of its commitment to ensuring quality higher education and institutional excellence among higher education institutions in the region.
The activity was attended by Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Perla Sarceno, College Registrar, Dr. Daisy Fumocod, program heads, faculty members, administrative staff, and students, who warmly welcomed and assisted the visiting team throughout the event.
The program formally opened with a short ceremony facilitated by Ms. Martina Salazar, followed by the Welcome Address delivered by Dr. Perla B. Sarceno. This was followed by the introduction of the college officials and personnel.
๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ฟ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข, composed of Maโam Ma. Antonette F. Reyes, Maโam Xyraine Mae S. Maglasang, Sir Loui M. Limotan, Maโam Sotera C. Cagang, Maโam Bianca Jane D. Abrenica, Sir Jameson T. Lim, and Maโam Elna B. Sabornido, emphasized the importance of โ๐๐๐ผ๐๐๐๐โ as the core foundation of the monitoring and evaluation process.
During the visit, the team conducted inspections and document evaluations in various facilities and offices, including the Library, Clinic, Computer Laboratory, Science Laboratory, BSBA Office, Information Technology Office, BSED and BEED Offices, Registrarโs Office, SASO Office, and the Office of the Administrator. The inspection aimed to assess the institutionโs continued compliance with CHED standards, operational efficiency, and commitment to providing accessible and quality education.
The successful conduct of the visitation reflected the collective efforts of the Sibonga Community College community in promoting academic excellence, continuous improvement, and quality assurance. The activity also strengthened the partnership between CHED RO VII and the institution in achieving their shared vision for quality higher education.Together, the SCC community continues to uphold the spirit of โ๐ผ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐.โ

Graduating students of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Major in Marketing gathered at the Sibonga Multipurpose Hall on May 12, 2026, for a meaningful career talk titled โ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ: ๐๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง".
The program formally opened with an encouraging message from the SCC SASO Director, Mr Ragecil L. Rentoma, who motivated the graduating BSBA students as they prepare for their future careers. He also introduced the guest speaker, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ก๐ช๐ฎ๐ ๐๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐ญ๐จ-๐จ๐ง.
During the seminar, Dr. Dato-on shared valuable insights about global career opportunities, professional growth, and the importance of developing skills that can compete in the international business industry.
The atmosphere inside the venue was lively and engaging as students filled the hall with laughter and enjoyment throughout the discussion. Dr. Dato-onโs interactive way of speaking kept the audience entertained while learning important lessons about business and career development.
Dr. Dato-on also shared the formula for success in business through the concept of ๐๐๐, which stands for ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐, ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐. He emphasized that these three qualities are essential for students to become globally competitive and successful professionals in the future.
As part of his discussion, Dr. Dato-on presented a โ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ฐ๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ,โ where he encouraged students to build experience through internships, improve their skills through certifications, and strengthen their LinkedIn profiles to access more career opportunities. He also highlighted the importance of networking with professionals, learning business technology tools such as project management, Excel, CRM, and digital marketing, staying updated with industry trends, and building confidence in communication.
Students actively participated in the discussion and gained inspiration and knowledge that could help them prepare for opportunities beyond borders.
The career talk aimed to equip graduating BSBA students with motivation and readiness as they move closer to entering the professional world.
