𝐔𝐀𝐏 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫

The 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐔𝐀𝐏) 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 recently celebrated its 𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, highlighting the organization’s enduring commitment to service, collaboration, and community engagement. The event, themed “𝘼𝙈𝙇𝙄𝙂 – 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚,” emphasized how architecture can extend beyond design and construction to create a meaningful impact in society.

As part of the milestone, members and volunteers gathered for a mural painting at the 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 (𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒), symbolizing compassion and creativity in action. The mural project not only enhanced the shelter’s environment but also demonstrated how artistic expression can support spaces dedicated to care and rehabilitation.

The project was made possible through the collaboration of architects, students from the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary – University of Antique Chapter (UAPSA-UA), and partner organizations. The initiative was spearheaded by Ar. Paul Francis G. Fano and Ar. Xenia Sentina Randall, with support from Triton Paints Philippines, and CLARS for hosting the participants during the activity.

𝐔𝐀𝐏𝐒𝐀-𝐔𝐀 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭

To formally start the new semester, 𝐔𝐀𝐏𝐒𝐀-𝐔𝐀 participated in the general cleaning held last February 2 at the CEA Building. The students gathered in a collective effort to maintain the cleanliness of their respective rooms. The clean-up provided a clean learning environment and served as a fresh start for students.

Moreover, the 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 welcomed the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 through a comprehensive orientation last February 4 at the 4th floor of the CEA building.

The orientation covered the essential academic guidelines, aimed to thoroughly brief the students on the school policies, course requirements, plate submission protocols, grading system, and retention policies.

The faculty members also shared their feedback regarding the students' performance from the previous semester, acknowledging their growth and progress in their academic journey. They also shared valuable insights and reminders about integrity, work ethics, and responsibilities of being an architecture student.

The program fostered a sense of community and sparked motivation towards academic success. It concluded with the students fully equipped with insights and expectations for the new semester ahead.
