Role Description
This is a remote role for an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant. The ECM Consultant will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing ECM systems

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server environments.
- Configure and customize applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement workflows, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate OpenText with other systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Perform patching and upgrades

Responsibilities: Managing Documents in Content Server Collaborating in Content Server OpenText
Content Server Schema and Reports
Content Server Troubleshooting
Content Server Business Administration
Content Server System Administration
OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) Installation and Configuration Routine calls with customers and support preparing & presenting proposals.
Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests.
Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, status reports and assigned projects. Keep management informed of all relevant activity.
OpenText Content Server Consultants are responsible for developing relationships with customers and delivering expert advice and services with respect to information management. OpenText Content Server Consultants are vital members of the CMS team, whose foundation is anchored on teamwork, integrity, loyalty and hard work. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein.
