STRICT REGISTRATION DATE
If you do not register at DOH on FRIDAY MORNING 26 FEB 2016, you will be excluded from the oathtaking ceremony.
PROFESSIONAL ID CARD
On Friday morning, February 26 --
* Accomplish the forms necessary for your professional ID card.
* Pay only P100 for your ID. HiHiP will issue provisional receipts and will be responsible for remitting all payments to the ID maker, while DOH will be responsible for endorsing your ID Forms to the ID maker.
* The plastic IDs shall be issued to you through HiHiP, not later than two weeks after oathtaking.
OATH TAKING
* DOH-CEMT has not yet announced the date for oathtaking.
* Please stand by and monitor this page for announcements.
* No fees shall be collected for the administration of the oath.
