📢 𝙿𝙰𝙰𝙻𝙰𝙻𝙰: 𝚂𝙾𝙿 𝙺𝙰𝙿𝙰𝙶 𝙼𝙰𝚈 𝙿𝙾𝚆𝙴𝚁 𝙾𝚄𝚃𝙰𝙶𝙴 (𝙱𝚁𝙾𝚆𝙽𝙾𝚄𝚃)

Para sa lahat ng ating mga valued retailers, narito ang mga dapat gawin upang mapanatiling maayos ang ating mga produkto sa oras ng pagkawala ng kuryente:

HAKBANG 1:
Pag-report at Pagsegurado sa Produkto
I-report agad ang insidente sa oras na mawalan ng kuryente. Sundin ang mga sumusunod para mapanatili ang lamig sa loob ng freezer:

Ayusin ang Stocks: Alisin ang mga basket at ilipat ang lahat ng ice cream sa pinakailalim na bahagi ng freezer.

Insulation: Takpan nang maigi ang mga produkto gamit ang makapal na kumot o magnetic cover.

Seal the Freezer: Siguraduhing mahigpit ang pagkakasara ng freezer door upang hindi pumasok ang init.

HAKBANG 2:
Monitoring at Update
Kung hindi pa rin bumabalik ang kuryente sa loob ng 1 hanggang 3 oras, magbigay muli ng update sa ating office.

Mahalaga ang update na ito para sa posibleng rescue mission o monitoring ng inyong area.

HAKBANG 3:
Pagpapanumbalik ng Kuryente
Kapag bumalik na ang kuryente (halimbawa, sa loob ng 1-2 oras), huwag munang itodo ang pag-check:

Wait Before Opening: Manatiling nakasara ang freezer sa loob ng isang (1) oras matapos bumalik ang kuryente para masiguradong lumamig muna ang loob nito.

Quality Check: Pagkalipas ng isang oras, i-check ang mga produkto.

Reporting Deformed Items: Kung may nakitang "deformed" o tunaw (melted) na ice cream, i-report agad ito sa inyong Designated CSR.
