📍Culture and Arts Office, 3rd Floor, City Hall Building A

✨ Must be a Filipino Citizen
✨ Must have good moral character
✨ Must be 25 - 35 years of age
✨ Must be a resident of their respective
Barangay for at least 6 months

✅ 3R pictures
(1 close up and 1 whole body)
✅ Barangay Residency Certificate
✅ Marriage Certificate

Note: Incomplete requirements will not be entertained
