Porcelain Fused to Tilite crown on a root canal-treated tooth. ✨

Porcelain Fused to Tilite is made up of porcelain on the outer layer, and a semi-precious metal - known as Tilite - on the inner layer. It is a durable definitive restoration used for variety of purposes:

1. To replace huge fillings that tend to dislodge easily.
2. To help protect your root canal treated tooth, which tend to be more brittle.
3. To mask discoloration as a result of root canal treatment.
4. To reduce/eliminate black staining on the gums which are commonly observed in a porcelain fused to (non-precious) metal crowns.
