𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆, 𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒏 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 ✨

Aspiring leaders gathered for the 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚, a three-day journey held from 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 14–16, 2025, at the historic 𝙈𝙩. 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. ⛰️

From sunrise 🌄 briefings to trail-tested challenges, participants honed their 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧, and 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 as they embraced the spirit of true 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈.⚜️

This training not only sharpened their skills but also strengthened 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚 and inspired a deeper 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆, proving once again that great leaders are 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒅 by 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔. 🙌🏻

👩‍🌾 Iskawtek actively participated in their 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 every Friday, starting with the 🇵🇭 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 and continuing with 🌱 helping around the 𝗚𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 to promote 💪 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 🎯 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, and 🌍 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲.

🌟 This activity nurtures their 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and strengthens 🤝 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 among scouts as they contribute to the growth of both the 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 🏫 and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 👫.
