chocolate chip cookie recipe:

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1–2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Scoop onto a baking pan with parchment paper
Baked for 10-15 mins.

Best Crumble Cake with Berries
Ingredients:
3 eggs (room temperature)
180 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
90 ml neutral oil
90 ml milk
½ packet baking powder
300 g flour (about 2½ cups)
300 g mixed berries (or berries of your choice)
For the crumble topping:
4 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons sugar
110 g flour
Instructions: First, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add the oil and milk and beat again until well combined.
Sift in the baking powder and flour and gently mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a baking pan and scatter the berries evenly on top.
For the crumble, knead the butter, sugar, and flour together with your hands until crumbly, then sprinkle over the berries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes. Don’t forget the toothpick test. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
If you like it warm, serve with a scoop of ice cream.

Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella

Ingredients :

1 lb ground chicken or beef

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed

Salt & black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions :

1. Mix ground meat, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.

2. Take a portion, insert a mozzarella cube, and form a ball.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet.

4. Cook meatballs until golden and fully cooked.

5. Serve hot with sauce or salad.
