Key Responsibilities:
✅ Respond to inquiries on social media and provide excellent customer service.
✅ Lead our "Roadmap to Success (RTS) Series" to guide new recruits.
✅ Deliver engaging presentations to motivate and educate agents.
✅ Monitor and report on the sales performance of agents and leaders.
✅ Assist in the accreditation process for new agents.
✅ Manage data entry for new agents in our systems and Seller’s Hub.
✅ Post announcements and manage our FB Page for RCD Pearl Homes Accredited Agents.

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
🗣 Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
📊 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
🤝 A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
