Hello! Bali ganito, hindi ako nakapag-update last time sa post pero nagsend naman ako ng mssgs sa inyo and nagrereply ako. Nalockdown kami for 2 weeks, this Saturday end noon. Bali ang ginawa ko para maipaship na lahat ng books, kumuha muna ako sa iba ng books tas siya mags-ship sa inyo (CLS and ABS). Yoong sa bidding naman, by Monday ko na siguro yon mapapadala. Pero nasa akin ang books.

Lahat ng pics na ginagamit ko, lahat ypn legit at ako mismo nagpic, meaning onhand ko ang libro. Thank you ng sobra sa walang sawang pagpapasensiya.

Additional Informations:

1. Ilang slots po ang available?

- Hindi ako magd-declare kung gaano kadami ang slots na available each set. Madami naman akong kukuhanin so rest assured na hindi kayo mauubusan. Iyong matitira pa nga na sets ay ipapa-installment ko for 20 weeks (5 mos.)

2. Paano po iyong shipping fee ng mga international buyers?

- DHL, FedEx at LBC ang courier ko for international shipping. Alam naman natin na mahal ang sf depende kasi yon sa bigat ng package at location niyo. Usap na lang tayo privately kung paano gagawin natin regarding dito.

3. Kailan po ang shipping?

- Kapag nareceive ko na ang CLS 1-2 ip-pack ko lang 'yon with other CLS. Tapos depende kung mabilis ko makukuha iyong inclusions (bookbox, booklet, pillow, pillow cases, infinity anklet) kapag kase pangit ibinabalik ko talaga ayaw ko kayong madisappoint sa quality ng products ko.

4. Ano-ano pong freebies?

- Kagaya pa rin ng dati. Lagi namang ganito freebies ko. At bawat order/s, ito talaga freebie ko. Button pins, bookmarks, postcards. Mas iimprove ko lang iyong postcards and bookmarks board paper 250 gsm na gamit ko last time pero napapangitan pa din ako sa papel.

5. Pwede po bang mag-convert ng order?

- Yep. Chat lang kayo if may babaguhin kayo sa ordee niyo and shipping details niyo. Bali il-less na lang natin sa total cost ng ipapalit niyo iyong nauna niyo ng bayad. Di niyo na rin need mag-reservation fee. Basta kapag nagchange order kayo, kung ano iyong pinalit niyo, final na 'yon. Bawal na magbago.

6. Paano po kung di makabayad within the payment period?

- Irerefund ko iyong 25% lang ng payment niyo. Ibabawas ko din doon 'yong fee sa pagpapadala. Need ko to kase maraming nagpapareserve tapos minsan hindi naman kinukuha. Reason kung bakit din parati akong PAYMENT FIRST POLICY.

7. Pwede po bang magsabay ng ibang merch?

-Yep. Dagdag niyo lang sa order niyo iyong item code ng merch na gusto niyo. Dapat 'yong payment dito kasabay na noong sa reservation fee.

8. Kailan po magre-reoopen ng installment?

-June ako mag-oopen tapos July start ng weekly payment. Ip-post ko din naman 'yon hehehe.

9. Pwede po ba na isang book lang o kaya books na galing sa magkaibang series? Halimbawa Sands of Time at Scorching Love, or Scorching Love lang?

-Hindi po. Set lang po palagi.
