✓ To fully understand and adheres all gaming procedures and directives at all times
✓ To perform their duties with required amount of skill, accuracy, productivity and attention to detail as set down by the Casino Operation
✓ Maintain efficiency of games by dealing to game pace specified by Casino Operation and service standard for players’ satisfaction
✓ To maintain a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times in accordance with company policy
✓ Maintain game security and company’s assets by ensuring customers’ adherence to gaming rules, report any suspicious activity immediately
✓ Learn new skills and knowledge by participating diligently in training programs provided by the Casino Operation
✓ To project a good Company image and to uphold company policy and not to divulge information deemed to be confidential matter

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:

✓ Female 21-35 years old
✓ High School Diploma or equivalent
✓ Prior experience as card dealer
✓ At least 5'2" in height
✓ With good moral character
✓ Willing to start immediately
