The Procurement Project Coordinator/Specialist will report to the VP Global Supply Chain. Successful candidate will be an experienced events professional who will manage all procurement orders, from order to delivery, from our international partners. The ideal candidate will have a project management background, extreme attention to detail and experience in international shipping.

Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day procurement needs of global partners - merchandise, collateral, obstacle and branding.
- Manage multiple orders - from order review, inputting PO's to the factory and coordinating shipping logistics.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and maintain processes to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs to global partners
- Management of internal timelines and administrative work as needed
- Participate in weekly status meetings

Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience
- Proven management skills and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a can do attitude, the ability to make decisions on the fly and adapt to unexpected changes (at events)
- Proven track record with internal teams, i.e. Suppliers, across various channels
- Proficiency in Netsuite is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
